Reviews

If you submit a product review, we collect the reviewer name, city, review or question, satisfaction percentage, submission time and technical anti-abuse information. New reviews are placed in a pending moderation state. A pending review is visible to the submitting browser using an anonymous reviewer token; other visitors see it only after admin approval.

Technical and security information

Our server may record IP address, browser/user-agent information, requested page, request time, HTTP method, error information and security events. Session cookies and similar first-party browser storage may be used for cart contents, login security, CSRF protection, reviewer pending-state recognition, WhatsApp helper preferences.

Our reviewer token is designed to recognize the same browser so that its own pending review can be displayed before moderation.

No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

You may contact us regarding questions about information associated with an order or review.
You can clear browser cookies/storage, although this can remove cart state or the ability to recognize your own pending review.

9. Children

Our store is intended for customers able to place legitimate purchase orders. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
