Terms of service

Effective date: August 10, 2026. These Terms of Service apply when you access Smart Official, use its features, submit information, write a review or place an order.

1. Store use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, submit malicious content, manipulate security controls or impersonate another person.

2. Product information

We aim to present product names, descriptions, images, prices and included items accurately. Screens, photography, packaging revisions, manufacturer batches or display settings can create minor visual differences. Where a material product specification is important to your decision, contact us before ordering.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices, promotions, availability, product bundles and delivery offers can change. An item shown on the website may become unavailable before fulfilment. If an operational or listing error materially affects an order, we may contact you to confirm an alternative or cancel the affected order.

4. Orders

Submitting checkout information is a request to purchase. Please provide a valid name, reachable phone number, city and complete delivery address. Orders may be verified through call, SMS or WhatsApp. Duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, unverifiable or operationally impossible orders may be rejected or cancelled.

5. Cash on Delivery and parcel checking

Cash on Delivery is offered on eligible orders. For a product where parcel opening is enabled, the product page displays: Hazrat Muhammad SAAW ki sunnat k according ap cash pay karnay say pahlay parcel khol kar achi tarah say check kar saktay hain. Practical parcel handling can also depend on courier procedure at the time of delivery.

6. Optional location sharing

Browser location is optional and consent-based. It is stored separately from the delivery address and is intended only to assist delivery coordination. Declining location permission does not prevent normal ordering.

7. Reviews

Reviews should describe a real experience or genuine product question. New submissions are pending until moderated. We may approve, reject or remove reviews that are spam, abusive, irrelevant, contain personal/sensitive data, appear manipulated, violate rights or otherwise do not meet review guidelines. An admin answer is optional and may be added where useful.

8. Shipping estimates

Dispatch and delivery dates shown on product pages are estimates, not guaranteed delivery appointments. Courier coverage, remote areas, public holidays, weather, route conditions, verification delays and other operational events can change actual delivery timing.

9. Product change requests

Standard change-of-mind returns and cash refunds are not offered under our normal policy. Eligible product change/exchange requests must be raised within the first 24 hours after delivery and are handled under the Return / Change Policy. An approved change process may take up to 90 days depending on verification, logistics and availability.

10. Intellectual property

Website layout, custom code, store branding and original site materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may browse and use the website for normal shopping purposes but may not misuse protected materials in a way prohibited by law.

11. Third-party and courier services

Some fulfilment, courier, hosting, communication or infrastructure functions rely on third parties. Their operational availability and service conditions may affect parts of the customer experience.

12. Limitation and applicable rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Smart Official is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms when store features, policies or operational requirements change. The version published on this page is the current website version.
